How HighRadius cut marketing workloads in half by incentivizing meetings using Sendoso Choice

HighRadius, a Houston-based fintech company serving more than 200 Global 2000 customers, needed a better way to cut through long B2B sales cycles and keep the attention of hard-to-reach decision-makers. The marketing and SDR teams were spending significant time trying to book meetings with CFOs and VPs, and they needed a more efficient way to support pipeline growth.

Using Sendoso and its Sendoso Choice eGift platform, HighRadius let SDRs send curated gift card options and other direct sends to incentivize meetings and strengthen prospect relationships. The results were strong: more than 50 meetings were unlocked in the first year, meeting bookings from conferences increased 366%, SDR adoption reached 100%, and 20% of meetings came from direct mail, while marketing workload was cut in half.
