How Ontra partnered with Sendoso to make it rain around the world

Ontra, a San Francisco-based legal technology company, needed to improve engagement with legal teams and inactive prospects around the world while scaling its sales and marketing efforts. To do that, it partnered with Sendoso and introduced a global direct mail and gifting strategy, using Sendoso’s platform to support outreach across the funnel.

With Sendoso, Ontra launched personalized eGift campaigns for Lunch and Learns and physical gifting campaigns like branded umbrellas to re-engage cold contacts and drive meetings. The program helped influence 59 opportunities from one campaign alone, and Ontra went on to execute 600+ sends and generate 131 total opportunities influenced, while also increasing cross-team adoption and sales/marketing alignment.
