Outreach, a sales engagement platform founded in 2014, wanted a more efficient way to run campaigns across multiple teams and add more touchpoints throughout the customer journey. To support its account-based marketing and sales efforts, Outreach turned to Sendoso for corporate gifting and direct mail as part of its full-funnel marketing strategy.
Using Sendoso, Outreach launched 1:few and 1:many campaigns that combined direct mail, email sequences, paid ads, and landing pages to engage target accounts and book meetings. The results included $8M in influenced pipeline, $1M in influenced ARR, and a 2X return on marketing investment, with specific gift campaigns like a virtual Sales Lunch and Learn generating a 10.34X ROI.
